A Virginia born native with roots in Senegal, Jamaica, Gullah Island and Southern Virginia, Sandra brings a strong commitment to service and a leadership-oriented mindset to Nourish. She received degrees from Johnson & Wales University and has over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Throughout her career, she has worn many hats and excelled in various roles, including sous chef, personal chef, kitchen manager, catering operations manager, general manager and even operating her own catering company. Her expertise spans cuisines from, fast casual, catering, and fine dining, with a particular passion for catering and event management. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, traveling, and dancing.
