Chef Ruslan Mehic is a graduate of L’Academie de Cuisine and has run the kitchens in some of the Washington DC’s top restaurants. Between corporate catering, running restaurants, private fine dining and launching food truck businesses, he has over 20 years of industry experience. Ruslan’s Croatian heritage provides him with a strong foundation of Mediterranean cuisine which clients rave about in his cooking. Chef Ruslan lives in Gainesville, VA with his wife and 3 children.
