Growing up in a family with a deep love of food, Chef Jason spent much of his youth in the kitchen. As a young man, he studied culinary arts at the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute in Pittsburgh. He went on to work the line at some of DC’s most delicious spots ranging from upscale casual to farm to table dining at Poolesville’s Locals Farm Market. When he’s not in the kitchen, he’s coaching his two boys’ sports teams and spending time with his wife.
