Eric is a dynamic hospitality expert with over a decade of experience blending creativity with culinary excellence. A graduate of L’Academie de Cuisine and Cornell’s Food and Beverage Management program, Chef Eric refined his skills in Michelin-starred kitchens, perfecting his craft at the highest level. For the past four years, he’s been at the helm of the Kitchen at The Home Depot Design Center, currently serving as Executive Chef. Passionate about inspiring all ages, he particularly loves sharing his culinary creations with young learners during kids’ cooking lessons.
