Brazilian born and Le Cordon Bleu-trained Chef Jana has over 20 years of culinary experience and an incredible glocal approach to cooking. She loves to showcase her country’s specialties alongside dishes with bold flavors utilizing seasonal ingredients. She has a passion for Italian dishes – especially risotto- but is quite talented at cooking all cuisines! In her free time, Chef Jana loves to spend time outdoors (especially hiking and riding horses) with her husband and 8 year old daughter.
