Chef Pete, a Jacksonville native, honed his culinary skills at the Southeast Institute of Culinary Arts in St. Augustine, Florida. With over 25 years of experience in ultra-fine to casual fine dining, Chef Pete has excelled across various culinary fields, including managing gourmet food trucks and resort restaurants, designing bar/lounge concepts and owning and developing restaurants of his own.

At just 22, he made history as the youngest African-American Chef de Cuisine at the Four Diamond Restaurant Medure in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Chef Pete’s tenure as an Executive Chef with the Salamander Group, Sea Island Resort, The Olde Pink House and now his partnership with Nourish Culinary reflects his mastery and devotion to the culinary arts.
